Majestic began working with See Tickets, the largest UK owned ticket company, when we were contacted to develop a hosted ticketing application which would process payments online and be fully integrated with existing back office systems. The new site would also need to solve the problems experienced in their existing site, which was failing to meet the extremely high volume, peak traffic demands placed upon it.
Majestic succeeded in meeting these requirements by developing a template driven website capable of withstanding high traffic levels which would accept bookings and credit card payments online before passing order details back to the See back office systems.

Continuous updates to the site code and hosting infrastructure have been made over the intervening years in order to maintain the systems position as a unique solution to the highly specialist, peak volume traffic requirements demanded in online ticket vending.
The latest of these updates was commissioned by See in August 2006 with the installation of advanced load balancing hardware which will further improve website traffic management and user experience, site performance, reliability, security and availability.
