A separate admin site allows Nisa users to create two different types of deal, the first being a default deal containing multiple discounted products available for order and a second which categorises deal items into different groups and monitors the number of items each member orders from those categories – offering the incentive of making additional deal items available to buy when set ordering quotas are met. Multiple concurrent deals can be created of either type by either manually entering deal items or by uploading an import file to the admin site and selecting which specific deal item attributes should be displayed once the deal is published.

The deal site has been closely integrated with a separate messaging system, also developed by Majestic, which allows for the creation of different member distribution lists using the various membership categories present within Nisa-Today’s. A distribution list from the messaging system can be associated with a deal to send all those members notifications of deal availability by email or SMS and to grant them access to the deal. An alternate option to upload a file containing specific members who should receive the deal is also available as well as the option to set which notification method should be used for each member. These notifications can be fully customized and several HTML email templates are also available to assist in the promotion of the deals to members.

Once the deal creation process is complete a publication time can be set which will trigger the sending of all notification messages, each containing a link to the deals website. A different site front end is displayed according to each members categorization within the Nisa-Today’s member structure providing an additional level of deal customization.

Once the deal closing time has expired, full reporting is made available through the admin site allowing Nisa administrators to view statistics including the number of notifications sent, the total number of orders, conversion rate, average cases per order and notification click-throughs in order to monitor the effectiveness of each deal.
